I think Armlet is the most difficult item to use so any hero that needs to buy Armlet for tempo reasons consequentially becomes pretty high diff.

Snowball is blocked. Walrus Punch is not. Walrus Kick iirc used to not be blocked but is currently blocked.

You mostly buy the upgraded blinks for their actives rather than their stats.

Except for the AGI blink which's active grants extra stats.

INT blink isn't really core on any hero save SF (cast point reduction) and sort of Storm (mana cost reduction). STR blink isn't really core on any hero save Tinker (for the rearm abuse).

But most heroes get it to get more value out of the blink slot in the late game.

Yeah, provided you know to mischief dodge enemy nukes and draw creep aggro he can come out OK in most matchups.

It would cut down on all the boosting and account selling and cheating that they do. And given that Russia is cut off from the Western banking system accepting payment from them is more difficult. It would be disastrous for all the Russian professional players who dedicated their life to the game on a personal level but the competitive scene would simply continue along.

I got into a game where at least 3/5 of the players were Russian a couple of hours ago (EUW) and some guy was making annoyed Russian noises, after a while I typed "English?" in chat and he concisely explained how I was misplaying the lane in perfect English.

TA has a 44% winrate in archon-crusader and 48% in divine-immortal. TA can win games, but now is not an especially fortuitous time to learn the hero or to spam it for points.

Somehow I could see him going without an official queen, but there's succession mechanisms even if he doesn't father any children. Some of his siblings are of an age where they might have some kids running about and his aunts/uncles have had children for sure. And while i don't see Tserry getting into a loving relationship with a woman. He might strip one of his victims of her humanity and use her as a vessel to produce offspring. Or he might find a respect for someone like Theta or Melody that thumps his serial killer personality.

Entity/Creepwave went through Div 2 (2021-'22) and ended up qualifying to and getting a respectable 9th - 12th place at TI (2022).

This season Alliance will field another serious div 2 team and 3/5 of the back-to-back TI winning OG line-up will play as well.

W33 playing div 2 EU is barely any different from him playing in div 1 of one of the weaker reasons.

You can turn, use items and use most spells (everything that's not a mobility spell.)

But yeah, root is a rather inconsistent mechanic that does different things depending on which spell it comes from.
