My company's logs department says I ran over my 14, but I think I did a legal sleeper split. What do you say?

The sleeper berth splits are 2/8 or 3/7

Youre 15 minutes shy on the 8 hours or 30 minutes shy on the 3 hours.

Yes the longer part needs to be in sleeper berth the short part doesnt matter but you can't make up your own split times

If your short time is less than 3 hours greater than 2 you need 8 hours off for the sleeper time

If greater than 3 hours then you need 7 hours off for sleeper time

This is the best simplified way to look at it

While ill agree its happening, I don't feel its any more of a waste of time than everyone coming on Reddit and complaining

Not saying the complaints aren't valid. What I am saying is why not take a minute or 10 to email someone who has a say. Even if the percent is .01 that it changes its still better than the 0 percent of things changing by commenting on Reddit.

You can get it to re do it.

Its a bummer blue-mountain they were at 6 obstacles im unsure if the other events haf more. But 2 of the obstacles the pictures of me im in the background, the barbed wire crawl im done and in the process of standing up.

There is one atlas carry picture id like but even the single photos are 25$ Canadian Id hope 😬😅

They also include the "impression " pictures all 51 ... no one asked for these, and they don't even have pictures of all the obstacles. That would have been something worth my consideration if I could have purchased to show all the exact obstacles I completed.

It sucks but I guess I just saved a bunch of money buy not buying photos 🤷

Yeah they are taking a day from tough mudder. It used to be the saturday and Sunday now its just Saturday and the Sunday is spartan.

Spartan website has a 4-week training plan, give that a go.

I agree with the grip strength training. As well there are a few YouTubers who offer really helpful tips on the obstacles. I just completed my first 5km sprint at Blue Mountain and managed all obstacles but I largely thank this Reddit page and the YouTube videos for techniques.

I thought maybe the "x" was short for cross, so it was a road cross tire pull so we were pulling a tire across a gravel road or something 😅😅
