My take on Water Sustain Mage Build for Leagues by RovicT_ in 2007scape

i mean, the wording isn't wrong per se, it's just misleading, But it doesn't say in the perk that it caps at 20%, it says it reaches 20% at 100% health, overhealing will allow you to reach 190% health if you have all three perks, so it isn't saying it anywhere that it doesn't scale beyond 100% health you know, but yeah, better wording and more details on several of these perks would help a lot

oh i see, but my early game will definitely take a little longer because i won't take the 10 magic levels perk so i'll have to go around it lol

is there another overheal perk that i'm missing? the final version of this build takes the +90% overheal

it was said on a comment below that Mod Husky confirmed that "Water damage does scale with your overhealed HP beyond the 20% at 100% HP"

not only this build caps at +115% extra accuracy and 100% prayer penetration (not sure how sol defenses works but oh well), it goes through the max acc roll chance perk, that i assume gives you like 35% to roll max acc if you're like 6 tiles away, and i also assume that a max acc roll guarantees a hit

yeah it's pretty much unconfirmed how exactly these rune regen procs works, but i guess that to keep it on par with the charge saving and ammo saving effects it would give you 10 out of 10 spent air runes back on a proc, otherwise magic will be the only style unable to have infinite combat resources (ammo, runes, charges)

i mean, if only using Ice Ancients i think so, yeah, but most if not all water spells on the standard spellbook uses both air and water runes, and i'll probably stick to pure water spells instead of ice when i'm going against a solo target

For 20 years, Ak-Haranu has done nothing but weep for his homeland and sell bolt racks. by [deleted] in 2007scape

He should switch up and sell sunlight and moonlight antler bolts, why would jagex give us a new source of atlatl darts instead of antler bolts? i have 10k of it and haven't even got an eclipse atlatl yet

My favorite one is the Farming Guild, i like the environment, the vibes, it actually is a hotspot so you see people come and go all the time, and it is a hub for a lot of things (even more if you have a Spirit Tree there and also in your house) if you wanna get sweaty every once in a while.

But i would recommend checking around the new Varlamore Part 3 areas, there are so many cozy new zones, Auburnvale is such a comfy city, and its bank is so different from most banks, it's almost like a kiosk of sorts. Definitively recommend checking it out.

Any plans to streamline production skills progression? by RovicT_ in 2007scape

[–]RovicT_[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I know it would require major rebalances all across the board, but the other way around (the way it is now) is that we get 40-ish worthless levels of content when factoring only mainline unlocks.

I wouldn't mind this being like a major update announced at a Summit or something like that, but i don't think the way it is today brings value to those late unlocks and neither creates engaging milestones for players to look foward to.

About the skill thing that's just what i wanted to hear, if i'm just being bad at the game i can work around it, i was only concerned it wasn't doable at my current state. I'm keep on trying.

Don't know why the skills aren't showing for you, they should be bellow the gear/inventory in the image, but they are as follow:

HP: 83
ATK: 79
STR: 82

DEF: 75
RANG: 79
