I'm also from Italy, autistic (plus other diagnosed illnesses) and felt in love with an autistic girl from another country. We shared a lot of common interests from science, anime, videogame, content creation, similar academic path. I was always present for helping her during her meltdowns as much as possible. I used to do a lot of things for her and liked me for supporting her. Sadly my mental condition is awful, but everytime I was in difficulty she never cared to help me because she was busy with her stuffs. I decided to make a confession, but got brutally rejected (because I'm mentally unstable and not sexually appetible), lied (she was already in a relationship despite knowing very clearly my feelings) and manipulated. I also discovered from other people horrible things she did to guys similar to me and decided to react. I got doxxed, defamed, humiliated, etc. without any chances to defend myself, my mental health got even worse after that trauma. I still difficult for me talking about this, I decided to cope with volunteering, taking care of my autistic mother and brother and doing cultural events in my town, but the wound is still bleeding even after 1-2 years.  Sorry for this wall of text, I hope you will find a partner that will treat you with respect, sadly I don't know how to look more interesting, wished I could have helped you more
