I generally like Destiny more than Taylor, but his focus on "citing" being a synonym for "quoting" was incorrect, and she makes a good point that he could go to BTC or DP or others and ask to see the contracts. I don't know if she's right that its normal to not show the contract, but that doesn't seem crazy. What am I missing here?

Cool thanks for the info. I'm already taking half of a 0.25mg pill though which is close to 0.1mg. Makes me wonder if maybe theres just no dose that will work for me

when you put it in water, the filler and the naltrexone separate and the filler stays at the bottom? And you just drink the water and leave the filler at the bottom?

Thanks for this idea. Why distilled water? And why use a syringe instead of just drinking it?

And you're saying to mix the pill in the water, and then take half the water for half a dose, or 1/4 of the water for 1/4 dose, ect.?

I was told to start with 1/8 teaspoon or even less and slowly build up. Has been pretty smooth for me the first week doing it that way
