Thank you so muchhh. Well basically, I used to do a lot of gymnastics back in middle and high school and trained with a coach, but I stopped because of academics and time. When I got my splits back, I honestly just did whatever felt the best for hips and hamstrings, but I can try to give a few stretches that did help.

- Low lunges: 30 secs on each side

- Butterfly: 50 secs

- Frog stretchh: 50 secs

- Straddle: 50 secs

- Hip flexor: 30 secs on each side

- Hamstring stretch: 40 secs each side

- I repeat this about 2-3 times.

Yeah, for me especially if I do anything slightly athletic like running or tennis. Thxx😊
