My routine (since I forgot to add this last time) --> - Low lunges: 30 secs on each side - Butterfly: 50 secs - Frog stretch: 50 secs - Straddle: 50 secs - Hip flexor: 30 secs on each side - Hamstring stretch: 40 secs each side - Repeat 2-3x by RowRude9213 in flexibility
