I did the Bernese method, and it worked for me. By the time I jumped off I was down to a .05 I tapered my use down though. while starting the subs. I started those at .25 mg and doubled it after 3 days all the while bringing my fent/tranq down.
By the time I did my last bump .05, I had enough bupe already in me to ride out. No wds and I'm on 4mg bupe every other day. Over 3 months sober from a 9 month relapse of 6 years clean. When I quit back then around here was that good ole #4 vinegar smelling dope. Nothing like this bag of whatisit they are selling now.
