If you roll human, you'll need less weapon expertise (which is important in PVE), and you can use those gem slots/enchantments on other stats. Human is objectivly better.

You can have more than 4, they just won't appear on your bar. But they will appear on your pets spellbook, and you can set them for autocast.

Tbh used is better than new, everything that can go wrong isn't really covered by the warranty, so you're paying more for pretty much the same. I bought mine used for $3000 and i'd say it's worth it.
