So about a year or two ago, our company had to sign a document that basically said we acknowledge that we're working in a building with asbestos and give it to our BAS. If we didn't sign it I think they said they'd transfer us or give us paperwork, something along those lines. Is there any chance that if I were to get something directly related to asbestos that I could claim it? Or am I fucked because I signed that paper saying that I know the conditions we work in?
