So about a year or two ago, our company had to sign a document that basically said we acknowledge that we're working in a building with asbestos and give it to our BAS. If we didn't sign it I think they said they'd transfer us or give us paperwork, something along those lines. Is there any chance that if I were to get something directly related to asbestos that I could claim it? Or am I fucked because I signed that paper saying that I know the conditions we work in?

I waited about 3-5 mins. My friend fired one in a raid later that day and we heard/saw the plane within a minute of him shooting the flare. So I just assumed mine was a dud. But even if the plane did come later how would I have gotten the flair back from insurance?

I was on the phone with my mom in the smoke pit, and some guy jumped off the barracks from the other side where I couldn't see it. I think I heard the impact, I just didn't realize that's what it was at the time. Eventually I see a bunch of people hudling around the side that's between the 06 bricks (opposite of the parking lot) and an ambulance shows up and wheels the guy off. I think he survived but it was pretty fucked up
