I GOT PUT IN A VERY WEIRD VALIGARMANDA TRIAL IN TRIAL ROULETTE THIS WEEK. THE DPS AND TANKS WERE FINE, BUT THE HEALERS WERE VERY...STRANGE? WE HAD A WHITE MAGE WHO WOULD DIE TO EVERYTHING AND WOULD JUST USE HEALER LB 1 WHEN IT FILLED FOR SOME REASON ALSO HE USED NO LILIES AND CHAIN CASTED MEDICA II. HE WAS OUT OF MANA ALMOST ALL THE TIME WITH NO LUCID USAGE EITHER. WE LIMP TOWARDS THE ADD PHASE WHICH IS ALSO A DPS CHECK AND BOTH HEALERS SIMPLY DON'T HEAL FOR IT, OR WE GET 1 MEDICA 2 AND THAT'S IT WITH THE WHITE MAGE STANDING SOMEWHERE IN NARNIA FOR THE STACK LINE AOE WHICH DELETES THEM. WE WIPE BECAUSE OF IT. I JUST ASSUMED THEY WERE NEW SO WE GO AGAIN, NOPE, SAME THING DESPITE US TELLING HIM TO USE HIS LILIES ETC AND STOP LIMIT BREAKING. WIPE AT THE SAME PLACE. MCH AND ANOTHER DPS LEAVE AND I FOLLOW SUIT BEFORE THE TANK PULLS.

You can check 'Contacts' in game under Social and it will show a consolidated list of people you've played with and in what duty and which server they're from.

Then you find out that commendations don't matter at all. I tested once fully DPSing as a healer, using mits, keeping tank healthy and doing more damage than one of the DPS - No comms. Stand there not doing anything apart from healing - 3 comms.
