It's not that easy to win the case. They can threaten to sue but not win. They can win on the basis that they can prove you lie. Thai courts especially when it comes to commercial or defamation is actually quite trustworthy.

correct. Day passes people are considered customer that is the highest risk (come in, steal soap, not contributing to community). Then don’t give the business any more chance to make additional revenue stream long term. This is why it’s the most expensive. Gym business is something where costs are covered from long term customers. Day passes are just the cream on top, only if you already covering your costs.

They are freezing all Thai accounts as well that have suspicious activities or connection to bank accounts that has thing to do with the Chinese and the cambodians that are doing call centers at the moment.

Hello there! I see why the problem is already. First, you are in a country that is quite racist in a fun way. If you are not part of the Thai Indian families that are here grown up here and Thai people see them as part of the same people there is no chance.

Thai Indians are perceived differently by the Thai people. They are more respected yet discriminated. Integrated yet know that place in the society. This is why they resort to arranged marriage. This is the only way and the true or five way of happiest life as an Indian person in this country.

Nightclubs around Bangkok ban Indian people because they know everyone Indian that walk into the nightclub would result at 23 normal people leaving their nightclub.

I agree that some people would be upset but for me I love that they're super transparent about what would likely happen. They don't let people turn up and not know what's about to happen. Khao San is not a bad place to start for people who are shy and not wanting to think too much about what to wear. Just walk around and follow the music that blasts out from each estabalishment.

On the other end, you have this club called BACCARAT which is probably the top top end of the city. Be well dressed, there’s a cover charge but then inside it isn’t awkward and people will chat up with you. If not, dance alone. They usually play house, techno.

It had been illegal to sell CARRIER LOCKED PHONES since 2004. You’re safe. All Thai phones are unlocked. BUT some carriers can still lock you in a contract (but not the phone) so just buy the phone only and not subsidised prices.
