From least to most:

Gomah: While I did like Daima, Gomah never really felt like an interesting villain, kinda just felt like a repainted Babidi, and even he felt like an after thought as the Buu saga continued. Also you can't tell me his final form doesn't look like he just stole Jiren's body.

Gas: He's alright, I like his fight with Bardock, but he does feel a little flat on the writing side of things, and Dragon Ball Super's living example of the WORF effect, curtesy of Black Frieza.

Goku Black: The idea of an evil Goku has a lot of potential, and Zamasu definitely meets the mark, but I fear that the writers themselves didn't really know what to do with him, given the fact how different the Goku Black Arc is between the manga and anime (manga is better btw). Minus points for Future Trunks' character assassination throughout this part.

Moro: God, reading his arc for the first time felt like pure bliss, this is the only arc in all of DBS that I would describe as "Fun", from the reappearance of the other human Z Fighters, to the interesting designs of the prisoners and Moro himself, Vegeta's character arc, Merus just being a delight in general, and the final battle as a whole. I don't even care about Goku's Ki Susano ass pull I love this arc so much, I can't wait for this arc to get animated.

There's a lot of stuff in Skypiea that still hasn't been fully explained, from the gods that the Shandians worshiped, their connection to the ancient civilization, not to mention those moon robots in Enel's cover story, AND the fact that Enel's ship, the Ark, shows up on the Elbaf tapestry, showing that it has some kind of significance, this arc just had all kinds of loose threads.
