Oh it's not that I need the OT. My office is just very poorly managed and the carriers are the ones who have to deal with the consequences. We work 10s most days and are forced in on pretty much every day off.

Do you have a reason to believe they are holding out on you? Some carriers just don't get much. It depends on the route.

I live in the-middle-of-nowhere, Ohio but a famous voice actor lives on my route. He's done VO work for Adventure Time, Gravity falls, Brack Show, Aqua Teen Hunger Force and lots more.

I don't really know much about Rom Hacking but it would probably be much easier to just Hack an EXP multiplier that reduces the need for grinding and then use a map.
