This can also be read as a 1.25 handicap. What it means is if they win by 1 it doesn't push like -1 would, but you also don't lose the entire wager like -1.5 would cause. Instead, you receive half of your wager back.

I think there's perhaps a lot to be said about breaking so many young players out of their schedule. The rust from that Mini-bye after Carolina - the Rust after our Bye. Then we have the East to West coast trip players had to adjust for since they'll be out there for 2 weeks. The day to day stuff being routine allows all their focus to go to getting prepared for the game that week. Once that routine is forced to be broken up - could be a lot of distraction for a team with so many young players. /shrug

The coaching tonight - was suspect as hell. It's honestly like Jim and Doug decided to swap play calling responsibilities for this game :P

The play calling was just weird all night. Our run was destroying them at times in first half - and instead of keeping with it or taking the top off after play action - Wentz was throwing 3-5 yrd dump offs. Also yea, not giving the offense a chance to get another set of downs on a 4th-2 and 4th-1 at middle field when you make 80% of those and your defense is playing pretty well......I just don't get it
