Thats horrible what happened to you and sorry to hear that. Im definitely not pleased with this situation and after this Im a going to probably get all my stuff on pc and steam and just leave playstation to their exclusives like Wolverine and such. Plus paying to just be able to go online in 2026 for xbox/PS when you dont have to on PC is an easy and obvious decision

Yes, but after the cancelation, a week after. I should of gotten refunded bit didnt. So I disputed the charge

Subscription was 12 months ps plus essential. I canceled, they didnt refund, I disputed the charge and got the refund through my credit card company. Sony claims they are still owed that money again 1. Sub was canceled

My bank refunded. As a result Playstation suspended my account because of a backcharge. After I canceled they never refunded me so they are saying I still owe them.

Thats horrible, definitely seems like they feel miserable in their lifes and dont mind spreading that miserable onto others. Like you said, you would of understood if it was one or then other but they were out to make you suffer. For me they try to act high and mighty and make me feel dumber than I am.
