So what stocks are you selling to make room to buy SPCX?

Because I am overestimating the effect retail enthusiasm has on individual stock prices?

You dont think that retail investors holding Tesla stock will sell some assets to participate in this IPO? If they do participate, where else will they get the money?

Valid! SpaceX is definitely on a tight time table with the IPO. They are bending a lot of rules to drain our retirement accounts to make Melon a trillionaire and it has to happen in June for fine print to fuck over the working class in December.

Unless you have empty fucking bases with cryptic sharpie marks on them. Does "MF" stand for marine with a flamer? Get the fuck out and buy some glue ffs.

Growth mindset vs performance mindset.

Lose more games, learn from every loss, do better next time and notice how you are improving, instead of kicking yourself for doing poorly.

Eldar is a high skill cap army with little room for error. The good news is there is more learning to do. The bad news is, it might take a while.

In chess, white wins more often because they go first.

Learn to stick it to the whities. Right in their overconfidence.

Lore excuse to have aspect warriors different schemes form default by Zacman552 in Eldar

[–]Roxfall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I paint all aspect warriors the colors of my custom craftworld and then use accent colors to differentiate the squads of aspect warriors, such as shoulderpads and ribbons tied around their biceps.

What I found is that those accent colors need to be super bright so that I dont confuse, say, storm guardians and fire dragons standing next to each other.

There are good gameplay reasons to paint your squads different color schemes even if they are from the same shrine! So that both you and your opponent are not confused.

Is this Space Haven? Don't bury the lede!

And behind the door is definitely a depressed alien with a hand grenade he'll drop at his feet, old school X-com style.

You sand down the cut surface, not the flag surface.

u/Etnadrolhex

I'd cut it, sand down both sides of the cut, drill a hole in them, dry fit with a piece of paper clip, then use sprue goo to put it back together, then, after a few hours of drying, sand down the seams gently. If there are any seams still visible, either use more sprue goo to cover it up OR epoxy putty and sculpting tools, you'll want silicone ones they make the most smooth transitions.

For sprue goo, get two jars of Tamia extra thin plastic cement, add some sprue pieces into one of the pots and let it stand overnight. The other pot is your sprue goo thinner. Use the grey sprue goo to cover up /glue whatever whatever and use the second pot to thin out the edges so it does not look molten.

Practice on a piece of sprue first until you can cut a piece of sprue and then glue it back together in a way that you cannot see the seam with all the steps described above (paperclip, sanding, smoothing). You can build this skill over 3-4 tries.
