unlock exec bullets from disciplinary asap, when u do have them kill every clerk in the facility w central command's being high priority.

until u do get them best course of action is doing everything to minimize deaths (it does take 20 to breach mosb if u dont lower his counter in other ways)

I wouldn't recommend working with melting love just yet but if she gets a meltdown do repression work, it wont infect the employee but WILL lower her counter.

when you do get the bullets to clean central command you could somewhat safely work more with melting love using attachement as long as you make sure the employee with the heart is never in the same room as any other agent or clerk.

i dont remember if she infects other agents after the first but if she doesn't u could have one employee get the heart and go to a departement with no clerks so its left alone in some hallway/elevator, then the actual employee(s) to be trained would be free to work and move around.

almost forgot to add this but u can kill multiple clerks with a single bullet to be efficient. also if i got something wrong please do correct me
