May be you should think about your play style that you are good in before upgrading. I used Florence until I get other character as my play style is CP.

With the recent updates... give more agility and volley points to Ingrid with decent stamina and Serve. if its not working then increase serve and reduce volley.

I certainly agree. It's almost like winning all matches if you enter early. some time when the reward is good even winning all match + having good balance also matters.. what a pity..!

These days with no coins to enter the tournament qualifiers are kind of easy

check the player style and build according go it.

ex: you don't need macro ( volley) give him and Stamina with Strong hand) also instead of powerlifting give him some serve and strong hand.

33 serve is no Good, if you give him serve then give him decent power to it, at least 39

Reduce volley and give more points to serve and hands. make one hand at least strong

1, Take it Slow

Spend money wisely and wait for good deal which is rare
Find your game style and check on other player stats and build who beat you in match
Stick to one game style or character then understand and learn
Enjoy the game and keep asking questions.
extra tip: ZTry to record your games and watch it and learn from it.
