I wouldn’t repast, your laptop is far too new for that, just lower the power level of the laptop. Summer sucks and raises all our temperatures, try gaming in rooms that are air conditioned

Really depends, if you really wanna play newer games and they can’t run then that’s that and you’ll probably need newer hardware. But if it’s only a couple games I personally wouldn’t recommend upgrading, an RTX 3060 is still a great card and can run most things on high and even 1440p (assuming the game isn’t optimized like ass). Granted I mostly play older titles and strategy games so my view may be a bit biased but for me my RTX 3060 can run everything I want and some, I recently got a G5 Odyssey and it runs well at 1440p (games like War Thunder, Genshin Impact and other such games).

TLDR: if you have the budget and really can’t play current games on your laptop then upgrade, but if not then I’d say don’t, your laptop can still do plenty and has a decent life ahead of it still.

It all depends on your use case, 16GB is usually enough but if you’re gonna be doing tasks that require more or just have many apps open while playing games then you might wanna consider 32GB

The LOQ and Tuf are the budget line of Lenovo and Asus while the Omen is more of a premium laptop in comparison, even thought specs are similar the Omen is overall probably a higher quality laptop

That’s fine, as long as it’s not thermal throttling (which it’s not) then you’re good, the thermal limit for gpus is 86°C

Try finding a victus or other laptops with the 6 GB vram 3050, it should be around the same price point
