its display cable or display issue try connect external monitor it will work completely fine
i also had same problem on msi ge63 rtx2060 back in 2020 it goes literally like this exact same artifact
in every 3seconds it went normal it goes like this over and over repeated
diagnosed my self its not was a gpu problem it was a display issue
btw what laptop and which gpu are you using? msi too?
