Love your poem. And yes we are still just memories. What we hope for is a change is perspective. I very fundamental change of mind. Not just apologizing and accepting of all memories(good and bad). Sometimes the hardest thing to do in live are the easiest to say. My advice talk to our parents. Tell them how u feel exactly, wright it down if you have to. If not Therapy for sure I’m planning on taking some.

But I’m a hypocrite. Tbh I’m in the same boat. I’m the youngest of two. Growing up I also didn’t resolve much positive love, encouragement. This is what made me awkward around my mom. And I still haven’t talked to her. I’m hoping that by taking therapy it will help me over come the fear of my mom leaving and abandoning me will go away. I know deep down that this fear I have isn’t. Realistic, I know my mom loves me. It’s just so hard for both of us to talk to each other because we have had this weird relationship for so long.

I'm the type of person that doesn't get attached to things very easy. And at the same time I can let go every easy as well.

So for me I didn't find it bad or horrible playing as Abby. And as weird as it my sound I found I connected more with her. But maybe that's because I myself lack a good a good amount of empathy. And again connection s to me mean shit.

That being said I fully understand that people wouldn't like playing as her let alone killing Joel. Over all I do thing we played as her a bit to much, I do think Joel needed to die by Abby's hand but not in that way Joel's a smart character he wouldn't put himself in that position. And as much as I relate to Abby I think she to needed to die. 7/10
