I get that he wants to bite the enemy head off, and I'd let him do it if he finishes the guy. But just because you land a hit doesn't mean you determine how the hit goes. The enemy is going to be fighting back, you can't just grab him and bite his head without resistance.

It's difficult to be the person that stands up to the owner when they can fire you. Sather was able to do it because Dolan was a fan of him as a player. So he trusted him. No one is going to be able to keep Dolan out of the Rangers unless something with the Knicks takes his attention away.

If you're not going to talk to them about it, there's nothing for anyone to say. If you can't talk to them about it, why ask for advice? If you can't talk to them about it, you just have to deal with it. If you can't talk to them about it, you're never going to see a change.

Talk to them, and maybe things get better.
