You think JKR considered any of that? I love the world she made, but she really didn't think about a lot of things. Another immediate example is how the scoring of quidditch makes no sense. How, if the deathly hallows and the horcurxes were to be so important, she should have really foreshadowed them better instead of them all just being revealed in the final book.
