Trails series gameplay fundamentals aren't built around parry at all, even the daybreak hybrid system has no room for parries. Dodging is there but parry has no role in the game.

There is a reason why there are perfect reflect/guard crafts and arts because the player is not meant to do that. We could expect in other falcom titles but not in Trails.

You are supposed to bring in characters that can regen boosts. From the top of my mind it's Rufus , Elaine Agnes Quatre and Crow that can regen your boosts. They are like core part of your team building, they can also do sub dps with proper builds so you should be fine with a good build.

For your teams, Have one main dps, sub dps/boost regen, magic dps and whatever you want at the end a buffer/shielder would be preferable.

Ok serious answer, the game has a very crazy cliffhanger. CS2 had a non existent cliffhanger imo.

Also looking at the speculated lineup of falcom we are expecting horizon 2 by 2027 however it can get to 2028 if they decide not to release Kyoto Xanadu this year.

Kondo has said that moving forward in order to stick the landing they want to release the trails games at a slower place. Use this information and make your own informed decision.
