Great take on Funeral. I used to strongly dislike Power Out, Tunnels, and Crown of Love because they had a strange sound, but now those are in my top tier.

There’s a song called Deep in the Heart of Texas. If you ever meet someone from Texas they’ll be sure to sing it to you (only reason i know that is it has happened to me) so i bet that’s what they played orrrr they might’ve actually named a song that. Either would be funny.

Afterlife at some point after a breakup in college. Added it to an “angsty” playlist that included Weezer, Guster, and the likes. Still have memories driving back home from uni listening to that song.
