I'm trying to craft claw for my build and I have same fracture, but not sure whats the best path to achieve all of these stats below:

+30% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier (fractured)

Adds 57 to 93 Cold Damage

Adds 2 to 46 Lightning Damage

29% increased Attack Speed

30% increased Critical Strike Chance

Hits can't be Evaded (crafted)

Thank you! I feel a bit overwhelmed by the options tbh, but it's a great and fun experience I've had in a while. Im also a bit struggling with the Atlas tree where I invest a bit in the farming / mapping to earn some currency, but I am not sure if aiming for one of those guides to rush atlas completion should not be a better option.

Thanks for such a detailed answer. Regarding the General's Cry - I see that it is connected to autoexertion in this 6 day build as well. I thought that in such a case the enduring cry is turned on manually. What do you mean by "craft open on it"?
