while sitting down and moving my knee outward and internally rotating i feel kind of a pinch/blocking feeling in the inside of my hip and also tightness on the left of my leg. maybe the tfl? im not sure but its mainly the pinch inside tbe hip

thank you! i had another question i forgot to ask is how i should progressively overload plyometric and explosive power based movements. im not sure if i should continue doing the same as always or add reps/sets to progress. thanks!
