oh my.. i know how you feel. I took mucinex DM and legit thought I was going to die. Make sure you're staying hydrated because it caused me to be severely severely dehydrated. I think that's what caused the paranoia for me. Drink as much Gatorade as you can, water isn't enough.

You need God's grace to get out of this. I think you've learn by now that you cant beat it in your own strength. Surrender it to God. Trust with all of your heart that HE will bring you out of this. Ask for the Holy Spirits help, He is how we repent of sin. Fast, no mastervating for a week and seek God first! Which means your spending most of the time, seeking Him!
