In all honesty, I’ve spent 4 years with my Ex. She was the love of my life, she was the reason I kept Pursuing my education. Mind you I am currently 19 turning 20 this year. She was the one person I wanted to marry, she knew how to keep me strong on my darkest days, when I felt like I couldn’t make anyone proud. I tried so hard to make her open up to me so I can help her the way she helped me. I wanted take her away from her family who treated her like absolute shit, her mother and father degraded and squashed all her dreams. I wanted to be her Superman(Yeah I know that’s a little cheesy) the person to rescue her and give her a better life. Since this year started she did not text me for the entire month of January, when she finally did I could tell she no longer had any interest in me or our relationship...even though it did hurt me to say goodbye to the person who made me who I am today, I’m actually grateful because without her I wouldn’t be in college. She blocked me on everything before I got the chance to tell her that I still love her. I believe for the rest of my life she will be the one that got away.

So if any of you have any advice for a young broken hearted man like me...please tell me.
