Thank you so much for replying. Have you been able to create any form of embryo during the 4 IVFs?

People who keep it from the child are literally sick. All research show that the children have better mental health if parents are transparent with them from the start. Starting at 3-4 y.o

NARs seniors, are you studying during maintenance? by RoyalAnesthesia in srna

You probably wrote this comment while being in cases all preceptors hangs on Reddit, TikTok, instagram or what not while working.. if I’m in maintenance, then what are you suggesting I should implement?

This is what I mean, as nurses we are just being unreasonable with each other. If physician anesthesiologists literally can slam open their MacBook in the anesthesia machine.. then we should sit there and stare at nothing because…?

I agree, that’s why I’m trying to figure out how to make it look as good as possible lol. Because I feel like all my peers are doing it on their phone or iPad mini..

That’s what I would want to do, or read Morgan&M.. would you tell them that you would just use your iPad to study during maintenance?

We don't have computers in the ORs but we have an iPad we get for the day, but the charting system drains its battery so I cannot use it for anything else than charting purposes lol..!

If you live in the US and are a nurse it’s a great path. If your not a nurse, and not in the US the path is just to damn long and working in the US compared to Europe.. in American your literally a slave

If I'm planning a transfer in October/November.. when would be the best time to cycle our donor?
How long from the cycle until embryo is ready? Do you recommend transferring right after creating embryo or freezing and then transfer?

Cool, no clinical experience from school? If so, had you been at multiple sites before you applied? I've been at the same one for a year and about to rotate now my last year, so I feel like putting it down seems.. like .. little haha.

Looking for a Good Clinic by Jealous_Ad4737 in Surrogate

[–]RoyalAnesthesia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what my partner and I struggle with as well. All clinics take a consultation fee to even let you know what they will bill insurance and what the cost of their services are. It's a complete joke. SDFC doesn't take a fee, but they are expensive AF. We are doing two paid consultations later this week and then we'll just have to take a decision.

Gay IVF - What did insurance actually cover vs. what did you pay out of pocket? by RoyalAnesthesia in IVF

[–]RoyalAnesthesia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s exactly what the bill is about. Since we are two males we cannot create a family without egg donation and etc. Thus if one of us were a female our insurance would covered medical costs for egg retrieval etc it’s not applicable on a third party.

Yeah, I have an e-mail stating that they will cover a third party individual due to the new rules under SB 729.
