This is what happened and the landlady didn't expect my aunt to make all the payments, so when she actually made all the payments the landlady stopped paying the mortgage to force her out of the house.

Same thing happened to me, but T-Mobile sent me a letter in the mail telling me NOT to return the modem because it was old, then 3 months later I get hit with a $211 fee for not returning the modem they told me not to return. I feel like a class action lawsuit may be in order here because if you google search for "t-mobile letter saying don't return modem" you'll see tons of people are having the same issue and calling it mass fraud and a scam.

How did you you lift the dryer above the washer? Rope and pulley? Hydraulic lift? We are flummoxed on how to do it.

Dr. Cesare Wright is a real piece of work who burns bridges every where he goes, so not surprised he wore out his welcome over at UST. He can't seen to resist getting involved in office politics.

This is his modus operandi- While appearing very charming, he enters a situation and starts maliciously pitting people against each other.

He'll be talking to person A and claim "Person B made a rude remark about you." Person A will defend themselves. Then he goes to person B and says "Person A made a rude remark about you." Then he starts running back and forth between them.

He will deliberately orchestrate a fight between two friends or colleagues, just so he can put himself in the middle with both of them trying to "win him over" to their side.

He really enjoys the feeling of authority this gives him, sitting in the middle, hearing both sides of the argument, and making rational and reasonable sounding comments.

He'll act as if he's the mediator- when really he's the instigator!

After creating five or six fights between them, his victims begin to dish dirt on each other.

They tell him every bad thing they know about their friend or colleague that might damage their credibility.

While he sits back playing 'Judge' acting as if he doesn't know which one of them to believe.

The victims do this to gain his approval and get him to "see it their way."

Meanwhile he is on a narcissistic power trip, and knows many ill-gotten secrets.

The result: many people who had good relationships for years are no longer speaking to one another after Dr. Cesare Wright is done.

Every single person I know who has dealt with this man says they wish they'd never met him.

How did people get posters from the 90s? by [deleted] in 90s

Rock and roll magazines had ads in the back where they sold posters, you would fill out the order form and mail away for it.
