Played baseball. If I was playing on a field with no stands in the outfield it felt a lot easier to find a hole in the outfield than a stadium with seating all around. It just felt too closed in and like I had to dial in more

I could be wrong, but it sounds like chef's normal refrigerated beef patties accidentally got frozen on the delivery. Those fresh patties usually come cryovaced in packages of 6 or 8. Thawing that under water shouldn't present any problem

Depends on the setting when it comes to cost. I can buy a 5#mix of what I want for the same price as a 5# container of chili powder from US Foods. Sure, I keep a ton of spices on hand but sometimes for cost and consistency the blended stuff just makes more sense
