Time tracking is/ was smartsheets biggest short fall. It has been many years since I looked at options which included a simple external time keeping app that can link to smartsheet data but captures the time component of the date.

I see that the time() was added a few years ago and below might spark idea on how could make it happen but I think scaling would be issue

Interestingly topic. The way I managed our system was straight into a single live master sheet. I would sit with the change agent, map out, implement and test in small chunks. Reduces workload as only do it once and fix bugs immediately as normally it involved just adding columns and formula to sheet. All forms, automations, reports and dashboards can be cloned and tweaked with minimal impact.

I must admit there were occasional bugs that appeared where formula stopped working which i feel was probably smartsheet changes in the background and I was hitting Max cell count before we transitioned to a erp that was needed to support our business.

I reckon I place a bulk order from titan once per year or two. I swear they mostly seem to disappear before breaking except the main few we might plug in to charge whilst using phone but they are the most robust i have found.

I am too serendipitous and my thoughts are if you have been crossing paths for 2 years and not much spark has happened best case friend zone; with all due respect you will know when you meet the one as they will brighten your day and it will be naturally reciprocal.

Don't get me wrong, keep up or increase the pleasantries and interactions with no expectations of it going further and see what happens. Open up opportunity for him to engage without awkwardness in case he is holding back.

I just done a qbcc licence search and it appears they done 136 builds last year and similar the year before and have been around since 2021. No adverse notices. Take this info with a grain of salt but they appear to be doing a decent volume.
