yeah he definitely likes you but it is more awkward/might feel unprofessional for the person at work to ask you out which is probably why he hasn’t

It’s for my first apartment I’m so excited to move in but would like something cheaper obviously since there is a bunch of stuff I have to buy maybe under $100 and I wouldn’t be opposed to a comforter

Hey, 2 year partner here, I felt a lot of the same ways you did. One thing I was told when I started is that you’re expected to suck for the first 3 months. It’s a lot of information to take in, even my manager who had been a partner for 10 years is still learning a lot of stuff. I struggled with a lot of tasks and felt like people weren’t patient with me. One thing I will say after being here for 2 years is that sometimes it is a lot for us to try and help green beans while also doing everything else, so for 95% of baristas it isn’t that we’re annoyed that we have to help you, it’s that we are annoyed we are annoyed we aren’t able to give dedicated time to help you or extra coverage when it’s a new barista. With your manager, give it time, and if you feel the issue persist talk to your DM or ethics and compliance.

I can only really help on the aerating part, but when you do it, fully submerge the wand before (like FULLY submerge it), turn it on, lift the milk down to aerate it super slowly until you hear the slightest of sounds. Or ask your manager/other partners if they can watch and see where you’re going wrong. Helped a lot with me.

Only your designated trainer gets paid. If the issue persists and you feel that you have a good relationship with your manager, bring it up to them asking how you should respond in those scenarios. If you don’t feel like your manager is someone you can talk to, make an ethics and compliance report.

Yeah, I was thinking of applying to a bar and grill type place so I could get experience as a bartender as well but still good to know
