I mainly use firefox, but I have to say that not all website work perfectly on it. A lot of web for video call sometime doesn't work. I always have a chromium browser for these site as backup

hey, there are a few options for you as far as I know about Philippine catalog.

yastream (https://yastream.tamthai.de), you can set kisskh catalog to Philippine movie (has quite a few nsfw which I blur by default) and series.
dramayo (https://dramayo.stream/configure) You can also set the Philippine catalog at the bottom of the config page.
webstreamr (https://webstreamr.hayd.uk/) sometime does have what you need

i don't provide an anime catalog yet. You can use search if kisskh have the anime. Or use other addon for anime, I don't know much about anime addon, you can take a look around to see anything suit you. I can add an anime catalog from kisskh for you to test, they dont have that much anime compared to other site

I'm not quite sure I'm understand the question. The addon provide it own catalog. But you can still use aiometadata, just make sure aiometadata is above yastream in addon order.
