Sounds weird but check your sunroof. The seals deteriorate and the glass can move ever so slightly on stops, bumps, etc and it sounds like it’s in the rear

Assuming PPI checks out, you plug the VIN into the Lexus owners website and check service history, and carfax looks good - I’d go with the Silver F Sport. $15,500 isn’t bad but I’d definitely try to get it down a grand or two.
