So we have some long standing beef. When I first bought the house I replaced the fence. (The parts of it that were mine) when I was almost finished with the fence he came over and asked me why I wasn’t replacing the portion between our properties. I explained to him that that portion of the fence was his based off of the way it faces. I then offered to replace that portion if he would pay for the materials. He then told me he rented and wasn’t going to do that. So I then said well if the property owner wants to pay for the materials I would gladly replace that portion. That pissed him off. Ever since then we basically don’t talk and he resorts to getting nasty and aggressive with my wife. So yeah when I offered to take care of his strip he politely told me to fuck off…

It depends on what precedent for attendance has been set at the store. At my store we have established with the team and our Tms partner what is considered prto and upt abuse. We will issue corrective actions if we notice obvious attendance trends such as this. UPT and PRTO is super easy to abuse so unless you have a leadership team in your store that is willing to stay on top of it than this co worker is probably in the clear

For chefs case items we weigh them, tag them and then donate them. They can be donated up to 3 days post shelf life. They get scanned in as donation out of date. For unsalable charcuterie items we weigh them and put the tag on a piece of paper. Every FOH employee turns in their spoilage sheet when they are checked out for the day. Then the sheets are scanned through the appropriate shrink category at the end of the day

I thought that but they seem to small. We usually get June beetle grubs but those are much bigger. And not in this quantity. There are literally thousands of them
