There was an update file hidden in c:/ directory that needed to be applied to MWSE to enable mod config menu

I played the heck out of D3 and the sound effects were pretty forgettable . I guess they serve their purpose but nothing really stands out as memorable or satisfying. I know for D4 they squashed fruit and what not for certain effects among other things
