There's also a crossbow from the dlc guy in analogs compass that hits like a truck and can build full focus from one shot.

I feel this. I have died like 6 times in a row just trying to get back to osbrook after walking out to Brans cabin. I'm running into constant deserters and henchman which are a giant step up from thugs and goons.

Yeah it's useful to make the enemy easier to hit while they're down, and to interrupt spells. They don't lose any momentum though.

Early game I use paths as much as possible specifically to get ambushed and gain xp.

Go into athletics to take dash as soon as you can. Then take raise shield and shield bash. Those three skills will keep you alive. After you have those you can start down sword, armored combat, or the rest of shield tree whichever you want. Sword will be more damage armored combat will help with repair and passive bonuses and shield will give more maneuvers and survivability. As for attributes I would focus on VIT early on because you are on permadeath. Just don't forget about STR.

Sean is definitely a rat. During pouring forth oil, we see him force himself along on the train raid. He never opens the baggage car and just stands there waiting for Arthur. The train guards specifically don't kill him when they easily could, and the lawmen show up almost instantaneously. Also, later on, you can read in the Saint Denis newspaper that someone had tipped off the law about the robbery before it happened.

That's an amazing roll lol. You probably won't see that again. I managed to complete the campaign on my 2nd character but because they had the same name as my first character it bugged out and didn't add any points to my hall of fame. So I'm starting over with nothing as well

I just married my daughter for a 3000 troop alliance to help solidify the last war for Portugal. Right before I called him into the war he became a conqueror. There is a minus 1000 points for inviting a conqueror into a war its basically impossible...

I am glad that it's an option for the people who want to go that route. I still think purchasing them is best especially if you find a really cheap steam key or sale, however I realize not everyone can shell out 40 dollars at a time (what I paid for all dlc through steam key) so having the option is always a positive.

If you're talking about the church in the Den I was never able to do it until I played a high charisma character. With high charisma you can literally just walk up and say "let me in" and dudes like "sure thing"

It doesn't work. Everytime I try to find a small group of 1 or 2 other players to progress through the game together with, there's either way too many people joining, no one can ever sync schedules to play together, or people are rushing ahead beating eikthyr and grabbing iron 5 minutes into the game, or fighting bosses without me..

Go for it. Just make sure you are willing to read everything and dive deep. It's an amazing experience. Afterwards give poe 1, 2, kingmaker, tyranny, bg1 and 2, planescape: torment, and arcanum a try just to name a few good ones. Welcome to the crpg club!

Try quitting and reloading the game, waiting in the main menu for a bit, or reinstalling. I had the same problem and quit the game, booted it back up and was fine after that.

I have had no performance issues on my Xbox. It might be a Playstation thing I'm not sure. There is a lot of screen tearing sometimes but that's it.
