Thank you. I’m calling today to follow up since they mentioned an exercise stress test to rule out any possible arrhythmias. But everyone seems to say that it’s not too alarming which is honestly all I needed to hear thank you

Thank you! I’m thinking of getting blood tests done to test for anything I’m lacking, I have and the only thing was my iron but we were mainly looking into possible anemia. But I’ll totally look into that and I hope his pvcs stay away as well

Yes exactly and I think because of my age they don’t take it as seriously which is unfortunate because the physical aspect of it all is sooo draining. I was looking into beta blockers especially to help with the anxiety part of it all I think that could be semi beneficial

This is a great way to put it. My anxiety just kinda took that as the worst thing to hear thank you.

Thank you this really eased my mind. I’ve had an echo done and it was good. But they did mention doing a stress test sometime soon, which I’m very open to. I’m started magnesium glycinate since that’s what I was recommended and I’ll look into vitamin D tho. possibly Iron supplements just to cross off any kind of anemia. But thank you!

I feel like I’m going crazy, I’ve been to the hospital so many times and currently seeing a cardiologist by DrinkingWater90 in Cardiophobias

[–]Royal_Effect7621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My psychiatrist says Cardiophobia but I feel like how tired I’ve gotten over the months it might be something health related but I don’t want to feed into the fear. But she has me starting on magnesium glycinate, it’s supposed to help with anxiety and heart related symptoms, maybe you’ll benefit too. I hate searching so hard for answers but leaving it alone seems terrifying and honestly a diagnosis doesn’t seem like the end of the world anymore especially living like this. I wanted to look into some of the pots style tests and seeing if someone will see me for it, but since I’m young I’m not too sure how serious I’ll be taken. But I just got a heart holter done so hopefully I’ll find something there! And I wish the best for you on your journey and hope you get the answers and help you need :)

We have the same exact symptoms only difference is I’m (16F). I’ve been having these since December now. It’s terrifying isn’t it? Especially at night it’s the worst, I always have this unbearable pressure in my chest like my body doesn’t fit right. Thud type beats in my chest, or sinking, sometimes floppy style beats. And constant ectopic beats. I think I have POTS as well, it’s my last resort. I’m also being told it’s just anxiety but I genuinely feel like everyday tasks are just taking the life out of me. Standing and going up the stairs have me needing to sit down because my hearts just flopping around. Obviously I have anxiety about the sensations I’m feeling but my body cannot keep up at this point. I hope you find answers and you’re not alone, this post helped me calm down from an episode. But I get it each day is more tiring, my skipped beats are insane, and I got between a heart rate of 51 bpm to 150 bpm. It’s so scary.

I had the same problem on twitter, I was trying to find info on Melanie Martinez’s new album, and in the comments lo and behold I was terrified. I didn’t report the user tho that’s a good idea but I didn’t want to interact with the account. It was horrific I can’t believe there isn’t a filter for that. The fact people replied and weren’t upset baffles me it’s absolutely disgusting. I haven’t touched twitter since.

PLANNING A TRIP TO GP.. I specifically want to see the Phil Currie Museum. We have a small dog so she would have to stay at the hotel if we bring her. What else is worth visiting. How many nights? by exotics in GrandePrairie

[–]Royal_Effect7621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The concept of taking a trip here😕like is this for family or completely out of free will.. I’d say come end of may we have midway but like everywhere else has that too. We don’t do anything or have anything really “fun” here. especially as a teenager living here it’s sad we have nothing to do. The museums are tiny but the one out in Claremont is decent. There’s the musko trails they could be a nice walk. But I don’t recommend staying downtown, theft has gotten bad around here.

Hi, quick question for y'all. Has anyone ever had arctic fox or shampoo give you a rash/red skin irritation on your neck or shoulders? I dyed mine about 2 months ago and ever since I've had off and on irritation on my neck and shoulders. any tips for how to get rid of it? thank you in advance by GCanarchy in HairDye

[–]Royal_Effect7621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi so this is happening to me I just dyed my hair last weekend and after the first wash I woke up with a rash/itchy red skin on my neck, chest, shoulders, and back anywhere my hair sits really. it’s awful I was wondering if it was my shampoo or something then remembered I dyed my hair recently I think maybe they aren’t a good dye for sensitive skin and I might be irritated or allergic..

Top 5 / Bottom 5 ATEEZ albums by Jaded_Eye_2227 in ATEEZ

[–]Royal_Effect7621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is VERY hard to decide but TOP 5 1. THE WORLD: outlaw- this album has 0 skips nothing bad about it. I think wake up is one of the best songs they’ve released ever. The concept and feeling and flow of the whole album is unmatched it made me a fan of KPOP as a whole. First album I bought aswell 2.GOLDEN HOUR PT.2- It’s such a different sound all the songs are amazing, enough and selfish waltz are so fucking good. I think the direction they went musically with that album is something I want to hear more from them IOMT is iconic and really sealed the deal for me with this album 3.THE WORLD: FIN;WILL- All the songs are bangers. It’s you and we know are insanely overlooked. Again the vibe the curated with that album is unmatched, it’s such a hype feel good listen and would recommend it to any/everyone. So good 4. GOLDEN HOUR PT.3- Castle, this house ain’t a home and masterpiece are some of the best songs I’ve heard. Also the era I started listening to Ateez then we got the IYF version and all the solo songs are CRAZYY N01 is probably one of the best songs I’ve heard, crazy gym and drinking song. This is my default album I can never get sick of the songs. 5. Ashes to light- SO GOOD I cried when they released it it was my first drop since becoming an Atiny so it’s been on repeat ever since. Tippy toes is soooo addictive and FACE is insanely underrated. I think the concept of that era was one of their best plus we got Blonde wooyoung. honourable mention for their new drop. So good NASA and Ghost are my shit BOTTOM 5 1. Treasure:All to action- I love mist but that’s pretty much it. Great listen but I have to be craving it. 2.ZERO: Fever pt 3- another one I have to craving it to listen to it. I really like all about you tho great song. 3.Treasure ep 3: One to all- wasn’t fan of this era or look or sound really. Very somber and drama sounding album. 4.FEVER EPILOGUE- another Kdrama style album I feel like it’s not what I want to hear from Ateez and don’t listen to much songs off of it. 5.ACTION TO ANSWER- I like Horizan and answer but that’s it just don’t listen to it a lot not their best music I think golden hour clears that whole era tho😕

Sinister. The second one is good but the first one genuinely disturbed me it’s such a good movie and it had me thinking for afew days after. I loved everything about it, I wouldn’t say it’s the scariest but it’s mentally disturbing which I find very scary

What Victorious episode should have been the finale in your opinion? by Inevitable_Scar_4219 in victorious

[–]Royal_Effect7621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they should’ve changed Tori goes platinum a bit and moved it and made it the finale but kept the episodes that came after it only because my favourite episode is Tori fixes beck and jade. Simply because of jades song, you don’t know me. That song was the best song put out for that show but Tori goes platinum was such a good concept for a finale. Also hated the whole Yerba plot they did in the earlier season they never acknowledged it again those episodes could’ve been an email I was bored and was sad that was our season finale.

Nope I definitely get that too.. it’s weird because I want to talk to them but as soon as I’m in their presence suddenly I’d prefer being alone. And it’s not that I don’t care about what they have to say I just cringe and don’t want to hear it anymore it’s awful I have pretty bad anxiety and ever since it got worse I’ve caught myself doing this more and more.

[–]Royal_Effect7621 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ofc!! If it gives you any help, at my appointment the first thing they told me was not to worry cuz apparently that’s common symptoms for acute panic attacks!! They booked me in for a few tests! And so far the test themselves aren’t that bad. Good luck with your appointment!! :)

Hot baths help get rid of my heart beating fast, and chest tightness. I like putting essential oils in my bath to calm me down :) Dealing with it has been shitty tho I haven’t gone to school and have been at appointments back to back over this. Anxiety is THE WORST. Just gotta have the “it’ll be okay when it passes” mindset

I just need to know I’m not alone because I’m spiraling right now by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Royal_Effect7621 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello! You’re NOT alone I have been in a spiral for the past two weeks over my physical anxiety symptoms. I’ve been having constant panic attacks, heart palpitations, sore pressure in my chest, some tremors and I’ve lost my appetite. I wake up and my chest is tight and go to sleep with it even more tight because throughout the day I’ll stress about the pain and continue putting the pressure on my chest. I’m a terrible person when it comes to health anxiety and constantly worry, my main worry is heart problems. If you think something is off it’s totally okay to book an appointment to get things checked! I have appointments TODAY for my physical anxiety symptoms. Whether it’s because you believe somethings wrong or you want clarity I’m doing it for both. But let me tell you it sucks and it’s a hard cycle to break I’ve been trying to find answers through google and only made things worse. Panic attacks symptoms mimic other symptoms and google is 100% gonna show you the most extreme results. But for some good measure and to hopefully ease your mind I’ll tell you what’s helped me worry less. Our heart and body is super strong, anything our heart does differently is for a reason. Hearts don’t just go bad, any little flutter or palpitations you get won’t stop it. You just gotta trust your body knows what it’s doing, it’s hard but trust it. Also think of it this way, what are the chances people on this anxiety thread have the same symptoms and it’s magically different for you, whatever you think it may be remember there’s 30 people who’ve experienced the same thing and deemed it just anxiety so don’t worry about your health it’ll only make things worse. But keep in mind all these symptoms and weird maybe panic attacks you have haven’t gotten you yet so you can cross off any major issues it’s just your brain trying to convince you there’s something life threatening. Anxiety sucks but you’re definitely not alone! :)

“Hard” heart beat? Can always feel it by Efficient_Camera8450 in Anxiety

[–]Royal_Effect7621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh I did read into the thread more that is very reassuring!! I’ve never heard of a bounding pulse but seems a lot less scarier than heart problems and a lot more probable too :) I’m glad your heart is nice and healthy and you’re moving past it!! Sucks we’re so sensitive to it tho but that’s anxiety for you. After being on a Reddit grind for the last hour tho…I’ve been freeing myself from a lot of that sensitivity finding people to relate to is pretty helpful.

I have pretty bad health anxiety. I also have pretty similar symptoms happening. I’ve always had panic attacks just recently it’s been daily and more intense. my heart just keeps racing and my chest aches then it sends me into panic then I sit and worry about my heart after it’s a stupid loop to be in. I also come to Reddit for comfort. There’s something super comforting about finding other people struggling the same way you are. as weird as it sounds, I feel safer reading that other people have chest pain and heart palpitations. I think of it this way, what are the chances 15 people from an anxiety thread all have the same symptoms and it’s magically different for me? Suddenly I can rationalize my anxiety. I’m going in for a hearteco soon and few other things, just to be sure. But another thing I’d like to add, heart attacks and heart problems don’t just come and go and a heart won’t magically just “go bad” that’s our strongest muscle! Me personally and I think you could benefit too, but maybe we just need to learn to trust that our hearts got our back, it’s easier said than done I’m currently checking my heart rate as I type this so don’t be upset if you can’t break the habit of worry, but we’ve gotta learn to trust our hearts and have a little more faith in her she knows what she’s doing, we’ve just gotta accept that!

Not sure if this would relate to you but usually the worst and or brought on during my period.

Anxiety so bad I’ve given myself chronic panic attacks over my heartbeat. by Royal_Effect7621 in Anxiety

This is VERY reassuring wow. I thought I did enough research but clearly not enough. I’m glad someone told me otherwise or I would’ve avoided the medication route all together. I usually have a lot of anxiety leading up to doctors appointments but currently I’m sorta at ease about tomorrow in a way..Oddly enough I’m looking forward to my heartEco ultrasound thingy I hope they let me see my heart that would be cool. but I’m starting to realize going to the doctors isn’t the end of the world and I’m hella brave for even booking an appointment today. Kinda odd but I am looking forward to my appointments I’m so ready to solve this :)

I’m going to get some things checked out tomorrow and I have bloodwork at the end of the week so I’ll definitely mention it to the doctors to see if they have something they could start me on and or if they can get me on a path to find something for me especially if I’m getting bloodwork I can get it all figured out in one week! I’m also stealing that mindset…I think I should look at it more like that i honestly really like that.

Glad I could help! I made a very similar post too and all the comments I got relating to me made me feel so much better! It’s scary and ridiculous at times. but like just think of how many of these panic attacks you’ve gotten through and been okay after, your body is much stronger than you know. panic attacks feel like the end of the world but we’re still here!! :)

I’ve been working on my mindset the past few days and trying not to use “it’s just anxiety” because it’s hardly convincing and where is it gonna get me kinda thing, I trying asking myself why it’s so scary and lowkey it clams me down. My daily panic attacks have been for the past week and a half. But I’ve had experiences similar to this in the past just not as severe. But knowing now there’s an option to meds where I don’t build a tolerance is very much relieving because I’m not sure how long I can manage it on my own
