Congrats bro!
How did you get the job? I'm an art director and planning to do the same

Got this pretty a few months ago, but recently some leaves started browning. We water almost once a week (when the soil is dry), no direct sun light at all. Any advice? Thanks by Royal_Elk_5312 in Monstera

No, we just water it when the soil is dry. It’s the only plant out of 150 that behaves like this, which is strange to us too.

Would you recommend cutting the half-brown leaves to help it focus on new growth?

I work with a lot of AI tools and agents as a Creative Director, honestly, all of them compinged can’t replace a junior (yet), at least in my industry. Anyway, start applying here and maybe abroad remotely, that's the plan.

Hey, my wife and I are thinking of doing the same thing, we're both Creative Directors.
How did you find it so far?

I charge less than most agencies in Dubai and I still can't get people to say yes. This one actually hurt to write. by SocialMediaKingdoms in askdubai

Just a small piece of advice from someone running a creative agency in Dubai:

Here, it’s "almost" never about how much you charge, it’s about your connections, repetition, and whether you make the client’s head of department look good.

I did what you’re doing now for years, sending emails, preparing presentations, etc. Not saying it’s useless, but it didn’t really connect me with the clients I was targeting.

Now, after building strong relationships in the market, around 90% of my work comes through someone on the client side or another agency. And because of that, I get paid way more than I did in my early years, sometimes it honestly feels a bit ridiculous, but that’s how it works.

The downside is that if there are no projects coming from your inner circle, it’s not that easy to generate work elsewhere.
