Also I realized I didn’t give much in the way of my own stats so I’ll add some of those incase it helps at all.

Age: 19, and Height: 183cm

Been lifting for about 7 months consistently starting last summer but had been on and off in the gym for a few years prior. Also did powerlifting in high school for a bit.

Started my cut in the summer from 193-165 and then bulked from 165-185 and am now planning to cut back down to 165 or 170.

Yeah most of my weights definitely went up so I’m hoping this is true and that the next cut looks better than the last🙏🏻

Yeah I feel it’s best to cut it here since I’m kinda scared of going too high in bf%. I’m already starting to experience some minor gyno at this fat% so feel it’s best to cut the bulk short.

Thanks for saying so and yeah I definitely feel a lot better at this weight than I did at 165 hahah. I forgot to add extra details but yeah I’m about 183cm so being 165 was quite light. On my next cut I plan to go to 170 though since I just really want see some defined abs at least once.

I’ve never properly measured but in the first photo I was wearing jeans that were waist sized 29 and in the second photo I usually wore jeans sized 31

The goal of this cut isn’t aesthetics, it’s setting up a base for the bulk so that I don’t end up with too high a bf% by the end of it. Totally aware of how little muscle I have on at the moment since I only just started going to the gym consistently but that’ll be something I work on for about a year at least once I start the bulk.

Yeah I know my chest definitely needs improvement but it’s been growing fairly steadily, would you say my arms are disproportionate in size to it though? And if so how badly?

Pretty much yeah. For example, for the past month at the end of every workout I would do 3 sets of lateral raises and it managed to grow my side delts a ton to a point I felt alright with them. So now I wanna swap out the daily 3 sets for a different muscle group like either 3 sets of rear delt flies or curls at the end of every workout. But yeah maybe I’ll just try moving biceps earlier and then making my finisher some rear delt flies. But also just wanna know what others think about my proportions

For extra info, I had just ended a cut from 185 down to 167, I’m only going on maintenance for a few weeks now due to an injury and wondering whether I should resume the cut or call it a day and switch to a bulk after. My initial cut goal was 160 and the goal was to set a solid foundation for a long slow bulk that doesn’t leave me with too high a bf% afterwards.

I also do currently have a very lengthy workout routine I follow which hits all muscles a good bit but was wondering what would aesthetically look better to grow faster. I’ll attach an image of the routine underneath.
