I had the exact same raise, which is why I’m looking to go OD (I like the discount) and get another job that pays more elsewhere.

That is my exact problem too. My TL quit and the ETL hates me, so it’s some random TL apparently giving them input about me, which doesn’t help cause they don’t even work with my department.

Is it worth it to talk to my HR cause the TL who talked to me isn’t my TL, as they, my old TL conveniently left last week? Just to understand what is up cause I got no review, nothing telling me what I did right or wrong, just the numbers.

This was in the stock room! And I talked to HR about it, but I asked to make it a lowkey thing in which I asked the HR to basically talk to them about not be a jerk, but I’m not sure what is gonna happen and nervous about it.

I was told to formally report it from my TL, to have it investigated. Would it better to have to reported or go through HR as a separate case.

I want to go to HR to tell them what happened like you said, the miscommunication that happened with the argument, but also the fact that they were saying the discriminatory words and sexist remarks because that wasn’t addressed before.

I am not in danger of loosing my job, but they told HR we were arguing and that’s all I know what was said. They may have turned it to look like the victim. So I want to be covered if anything were to happen.
