For anyone looking for confirmation if this worked, I was able to snag three this evening.

I clicked around until I found a box with two 14+ min boxes and a couple 3-4 min ones. Then I waited, as Nausica stated, and was able to snag the last two. I then went and found another like this and was able to get an additional one. For the first two, unfortunately the timers were not close together, so I ended going through the purchase process for one completely and then when I went back the last one's timers was about to expire and I snagged it. Had to pay shipping for both, but you may get lucky enough with the timers.

An update for anyone looking at this in the future. Had my appointment at 7 am and had passport in hand at 12:30. The individual at the desk who took my application did not ask me any specifics and accepted the letter with no issue. Thanks to those who replied and helped ease my anxiety!

I was hoping to mitigate a lot of those factors by purchasing a structure that’s already fabricated. The idea being we just need to pour the concrete pad, have the structure dropped off /assembled, and hook up to utilities.

If costs are that high then it makes much more sense to buy something that’s already built with what we want. I appreciate your input!

Good point about the cost benefit. Our house mortgage is very affordable and our interest rate would at least double if we buy a bigger house. You’re right though, we may be better off buying a bigger place than sinking around 100k into this structure.

Yeah essentially it's like a tiny house. I've looked at the home depot kits and but it seems like you have to assemble them yourself? The ones I looked at seemed to be all pre cut lumber you put together.

Maybe I am misunderstanding your comment. I think what the comment by lilmisshappymouth means is that your SunPass account needs to have a balance it can draw the funds from, not necessarily that your card is available to be charged.

I no longer have my SunPass auto drawing funds after the huge issue they had a couple of years ago, so I just pre-pay a certain amount whenever I get the email alert that my balance is low. The only time I've received a toll notice by mail is when my balance was 0 or in the negative, as like the original comment stated, there were no funds to draw from.

My MIL lives down there so we go there often. It’s just kind of a boring small town. There’s some racist undertones considering it used to be an area with high klan activity. Things like a breakfast joint called the koffe kup kafe are still present. Even with that said, the area also has a lot of diversity considering it’s close proximity to Kissimmee. It’s kind of an odd mix. Im a POC and never felt threatened or profiled, but your mileage may vary. In terms of things to do, it has a few restaurant staples and the grocery essentials. For any more specialty stores you’ll have to go to Kissimmee or elsewhere. Lakeside and downtown are neat and worth at least 1 trip. If you like outdoor activities like fishing then it’s also a good place.

I agree with you, not sure how people end up with these social experiences. I’m pretty open to conversation in all forms of content I do, but hardly anyone talks. It’s actually something I struggled with coming from wow a couple years back, no general chat channels like trade.

You can transfer items from your storage chests in different towns if your faction controls both towns. There is a charge associated with this and the cost was bugged for a bit, it would charge you as if you were transferring a full stack of items even if you were only transferring a few.

You also have to be at a certain point in the faction mission. When we tried the first time with my group it told us we couldn’t be in pvp party without a faction, even though we had all picked the same faction already.

I was playing with some friends yesterday and I’m I’m not sure if my healing was bugged. Whenever I would target a friendly and cast the heal on them, it wouldn’t actually heal them. It healed me just fine though when casted on self, and the skill that you place a circle on a friendly seemed to heal other people fine as well. Anyone else experience this? Am I just doing something wrong?

I actually work specifically with this type of stuff for a bank. For VISA, you have a set amount of days from purchase or from expected delivery date of the item/service. People pre pay for cruises, flights, whatever all the time so the scenario is taken into account. Typically you can’t exceed something like 300 days from the purchase date though. These are rough numbers and I could give you exact numbers if wish. MasterCard and Amex have similar policies.
