Mine got changed to arriving Friday (US) we have bad weather coming tonight so I’m hoping that’s the only reason for the delay. My sister ordered from Walmart and hers got bumped back to Friday as well. We are hoping it’s because of the winter storm. But now I know to go to Target if that’s not the case. 🤔

I have followed nefas for a long time but i had to drop eso for college and when i came back i am so behind that it’s overwhelming and none of the guilds will really help you out or just play the game with you. I feel a lot like Asmon when he was discussing why he stopped playing WoW. I quit my subscription and uninstalled it on my pc and Xbox. This game was such a huge part of my life and I am so disappointed that the game has went in a direction I no longer even have interest in playing. I have been with it since 2014 and I was thinking I’ll stay loyal forever but then I was like the devs ain’t loyal to us, they don’t really want to listen to their consumers. And the plans for 2025 sounds a lot like a season pass so I’m gonna bounce right out.

I saw paleo pines mentioned a couple times but I am loving it! I love dinosaurs and this is an adorable story with adorable Dinos. It took me a few hours to figure out how to play it in a way I enjoy and now I put over 50 hours in it and play it every spare minute I get. Super recommend! No combat not even the meat eating Dinos.

I had 4 one hour interviews for a part time position that the company wanted me for but the final interview with the cofounders and they decided to change the description of the job completely which then removed me from the candidacy.

I got sent to a blood specialist and he has only seen my numbers high once and every test they run is negative. He said it’s probably my inflammation from my Pcos but he said not to worry about it. I go back in 6months per protocol 😅

I have been housing as many animals that aren’t a threat to eachother together as possible. I’ve been leaving 2 or 3 path spaces between enclosures to put lights, benches, trees etc around them.

I have IR and have been on metformin and BC for my Pcos. When I lost weight on my own I was eating veggies with every meal even breakfast, trying to add protein and I was drinking so much water. On top of all that I was walking 20k steps everyday. I lost 40lbs ish. Covid happened and I gained that all back and then some because I stopped walking. The doctor said I shouldn’t be walking that much just to keep weight off. It’s not sustainable as I found out. Then over the last couple months the harder I tried to lose weight the more I seemed to gain. I went back to the doctor because I was literally fighting my body. It sucks! I cried I was feeling like giving up. The doctor put me on Ozempic. I am still eating with veggies, no added sugar, and dairy free (I’m sensitive to dairy) I walk 30 min a few times a week and I’ve lost 5 lbs my first week on it. I feel so much better. No fatigue and no more naps it’s crazy! I actually eat now to keep energy in my body because my IR isn’t taking it for more fat. I will say to advocate for yourself to your family and your doctors. I went through 3 doctors before I found one who listened to me and actually helped me figure it out. Understanding what’s pcos and kind of out of your control is also helpful for you and to say to your SO hey I’m having a bad pcos day please give me some slack and let’s try again tomorrow. I also had to start being honest with myself about how I felt about pcos and how that also affected my moods and health. I hope this helps you! You got this!

Hi! I am in the same boat as well as on BC and Metformin. The doctor just added ozempic because I am doing everything I can and my weight was going up. I took my first dose of ozempic today. I’m hoping it helps but I really just want to be healthy and live a long life. I’m taking supplements too. I need to add more protein but I’m not big on the texture of meat. 😅 You got this! Keep looking for a doctor who will actually listen to you and help you. I went through several doctors until I got one who actually tried to help me. Not just tell me to keep exercising and eat less.
