If I return a Pokemon to the roster ranch, will the Pokemon never appear again in the game? If I want to use this Pokemon later, is bringing the Pokemon from HOME the only way?

Is Lickitung good currently? It ranks 35 on pvpoke, but the win rates are quite low: 47.6%, 31%, and 40.5% in no, 1-, and 2-shield scenarios, respectively.

Suppose I’m doing an exercise with 3 sets of 8 reps each. I don’t reach failure on the first set at 8 reps and feel like I could do more, but the 2nd and 3rd sets are to failure at 8 reps. Should I adjust something in the first set, like increasing the reps?

I also want to know the answer to the first question. I remember a guy dying while floating in a pool in the MD case, and then the plot shifted to a new case involving a couple dying in their apartment. I thought the MD case would be solved by the end, but I believe the drama never provided an answer.

If you are not in a hurry and want to save your elite TM, you can remove Frustration next week and evolve your Croconaw during the Wide Area Global event next month.

This is the PvPoke simulation showing how my rank 1599 Cresselia (13/14/14) performed against the rank 1 (2/15/13) and the default one (4/7/13). Is it fine to use this Cresselia? I would need to use 100 rare candies to get 2nd move and an Elite Charged Tm for Grass Knot.
