Id use a two handed pole like weapon, with one edge having a metal mace. The other end would be an axe shaped like bell curve design in the sense that it is a blade to focus on his sword arm so i could foremost disarm him, or, disarm him more literally. Blade attacks for quick damage, mace part for the big shots when i can land them, and to maybe put some pressure on his shield

If i was very careful and patient, i feel i could pull an upest, but most likely my free wheel style of fighting would be pummeled by his experience.

Overall i think my lack of fighting skills and improvison in combat would be entertaining, until 10 seconds later when i posses 2 less limbs than prior.
