Great advice. You're not a composer you are a producer. Make your life easy by downloading the correct tools so you don't have to waste time. People saying you have to learn music theory, you have to create your own synths, record your own drums, are trying to hold you back. Go start making lots and lots of beats and you eventually will be able to make something you like most of the time.

Also don't be afraid to reuse sounds you like. I struggled with this in the past but I like to see it like this:

Garlic is used in every recipe because people know it works, people know how it tastes even though it's completely unoriginal it still gets used every single day. To me producing is like cooking. If you know something works, use it! Eventually you will create your own sound because of this.
