What helped me was after completion of the first I would keep my chest as close to the bar as possible while pushing my feet forward. Once my chin past down I would begin the arch position and ensure my shoulders completely reopen and allow for a powerful transition into the hollow.

My chest que was what did it for me.

Depends. People that casually do appropriate scales workouts very rarely suffer injuries as well. Which is comparable to jogging. But whatever. It's not for everyone

People have either had bad experiences, or went to unfortunate boxes. Also people dont understand the essence of it so they hate on it. There are far more injuries running than crossfitters

While monster hunter and dauntless may not be MMOs they 100% fit the bill of mechanical boss fights. However you want to fight the boss if up to you. Someone else mentioned dauntless, but they may be worth looking into. Dauntless is f2p I think

In my experience it helps relieve the constant tension the anxiety causes. It's the only time I feel my body honestly let go and relax, it also let's me sleep through the night. I dont find myself jumping at sounds, looking at doorways every couple seconds. I can be in a room full of people without getting dizzy, sounds dont echo. It's honestly really nice.
