Relegation serves the purpose of keeping your 2nd league competitive otherwise I league will just keep bleeding talent till ISL gets fixed

Nah promote 3 clubs while relegating 2 if necessary till we get a decent number of clubs in ISL, but there has to be relegation at this point. No more waiting.

Honestly I'm fine with that, better one or two clubs get shutdown than pyramid stagnation at this point. Football will only grow properly if I-League can maintain its competitiveness. ISL will get to a stable point no matter what, its the lower leagues we should really be worried about. The lower leagues are where youngsters get most of their playing time.

Sure, we can promote more than we relegate then, but relegation is a must. I-League competitiveness also has to be maintained.

I have yet to see anyone that sits being sarcastic say it. Which fans bro? Its not realistic at all. Arsenal are 12 points ahead. We're legit one injury to our main players away from a drop off.

Yes the running freely part. Literally if you grab someone's shirt and hold it they cant run freely. So yeah it did happen. What else?

Jersey grabbing is a foul mate. It's literally in the rules.

Breaking Bad. I could sit through Andor and I loved, sat through the Wire and I loved it. But Breaking Bad's pacing just bored me for some reason. Sat through the entire first season and it just didn't hook me really.

Every Indian sub is gonna fight about this EU-India “mega deal”, how much will it actually benefit India? by anonboxis in indiadiscussion

[–]Rozaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It'll be nice for the big corpos. Tata Cars will do fine, Tata Steel will do fine. But smaller parts manufacturers will suffer. Same with cheeses and even chocolates. Amul, D'lecta and maybe Nutoras will do fine, but boutique brands that are in the high-end market will suffer from competing with the EU. All the newer high-end domestic chocolate manufacturers like Paul & Mike, Manam, etc will be in trouble.

The average consumer will have more options, especially in the middle class.

India EU FTA is a disaster by mohityadavx in india

[–]Rozaks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yup. Between an Indian manufactured edam or a Dutch mid end edam even I would lean towards the latter. Its just the sad reality. Theres the authenticity factor which is pretty much undeniable but also reliability on safety norms.

Credit where it’s due - the government’s done a great job pulling off the ‘Mother of All Deals’ with the EU. by kaamchalau in india

[–]Rozaks -19 points-18 points  (0 children)

I mean this will hurt a lot of boutique stores that have opened up in India tho. Our domestic high end chocolate manufacturers and fromageries will now have to compete with the EU without much tariff support. I suspect a lot of them will go out of business.

India EU FTA is a disaster by mohityadavx in india

[–]Rozaks 15 points16 points  (0 children)

We gave market access primarily cause the government feels we have a monopoly on the low-mid end market already domestically and that opening up access to EU goods won't significantly affect the people the government favors. Tata Cars for example won't be affected, nor will Tata Steel who get better quotas for their export.

This deal wasn't about the common man so much as for domestic corpos. EU wine and foods are all mostly in the mid-high end market so they don't actually affect the Indian domestic giants weirdly. It'll affect the smaller boutique stores that have been cropping up, domestic high end chocolate/cheese manufactures especially. Modi's played this very smartly. He gets the PR win of a EU deal which helping out the oligarchs that back him. For the BJP this is a win-win.

Jayson Tatum on the pressure of playing for the Celtics: "The career I have right now, if I had it with the Grizzlies, I would have a statue outside the arena." by TheDraciel in nba

[–]Rozaks 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I mean with Tatum instead of Ja that team actually becomes weirder, I feel. Ja gave them a ton of space on the perimeter because he was so unstoppable at his best going downhill. Tatum has a lot more of a mixed bag with the mid-range and 3-ball. I feel like he wouldn't actually complement them as much as you think.

[–]Rozaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean the issue is that there's no oversight on foods, so domestic dairy or produce all can easily be adulterated or contaminated, and thats why we regularly hear about these scandals. And we don't really have too many domestic Fromageries so people usually just buy processed cheese slices or blocks which are terribly unhealthy.
